Booking Notes:

NO BOOKING FEE IF BOOKED DIRECT WITH OWNER

A non-returnable deposit of £500 is required on booking and  balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

Final clean charged at £50 payable at time of booking with deposit

Cancellation: 

If only the initial deposit has been paid:

• 50% refund of the deposit if cancelled in writing at least eight weeks before the arrival date

• 25% refund of the deposit if cancelled in writing between 8 weeks and four weeks of the arrival date

• 0% refund of the deposit if cancelled in writing between four weeks and the arrival date

If the full balance has been paid on time you can receive:

• 100% refund of any security/damage deposit paid

• 100% refund of rental cost less the % of the initial deposit as outlined above

The breakage/damage deposit of £350 will be returned within 7 days providing there are no breakages/damage. All breakages and damage to be paid for and will be deducted from the breakages/damage deposit. Cancellation/Refund policy:   If the guest cancels, any money they have paid cannot be refunded.
For Winter Rentals (November - March ) electricity  usage will be charged in addition to the weekly rental price, with a meter reading being taken on arrival and on departure. Fair Usage Policy for rentals (April and May): Electricity is included in the price you pay. However, we operate on a fair usage policy. Our fair usage policy allows for €12 of electricity per day (approximately 60 kWh) which is more than sufficient for a family of 6. Daily standing charges are not payable by guests Any excess electricity used above the 60 kWh allowance will be charged to guests. The excess amount will be deducted from the security deposit paid. Meter readings can be made available upon request. The Damage Deposit may be used for any repair and/or replacement of the Property, furnishings, fixtures and fittings that are necessary after your stay and for any excess electricity charges as outlined above.

For Long Term Winter rentals, all utility bills will be charged in addition to the monthly rental price. A mid stay clean and final clean will be charged at £50 per clean, which includes laundry costs.  Rental prices are per week (7 nights) Arrival time is 16.00 pm and departure time is 10.00 am. (If possible a later departure time can be arranged subject to availability)
